For the eighth consecutive year, Subaru received the Highest Overall Satisfaction Award and the Most Effective Dealer Communications Award 

This year CADA introduced a new award, COVID-19 Pandemic Response Excellence.

 During the pandemic, Subaru Canada and its dealer network continued to work together as one team, making changes quickly during unprecedented times, to positively introduce programs to help support our dealers and our Customers to bring clarity and peace of mind.
